Strength-Back Squat 5x3 with a 2 second pause


Strength: Weight
Back squat for 5 sets building to a 3 rep max with no more than 2 minutes rest between sets.  Post results as the final amount lifted for 3 good reps(you will beat that next time), post progression to comments.  In this series the 4th set should be your max, then go for broke on the 5th.
